Join your fellow communicators for a daylong workshop at the Bentley Historical Library to learn about the importance of communicating history-related stories, how to research archives, best practices for writing about history, and what other local repositories have in their holdings. Archivists, scholars, and communicators will also share the importance and, in some cases, challenges of researching and showcasing underrepresented voices from U-M's past.
This is a free, in-person event with limited seating. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Presented by the Bentley Historical Library with support from the Inclusive History Project.
