Peak Performance Coach Greg Harden is probably best known for his work with Tom Brady and other top-tier athletes, who credit him with inspiring them to overcome obstacles and achieve success both professionally and personally.
Harden joined the U-M Athletic Department in 1986, when Bo Schembechler brought him on board. He served in several positions at Athletics, including Executive Associate Athletic Director for Student Athlete Health & Welfare, and also held a faculty appointment at the U-M School of Social Work.
His first book, "Stay Sane in an Insane World: How to Control the Controllables and Thrive" was published in August, debuting at #1 on Amazon and becoming a bestseller on the New York Times list.
